I can review the client’s financial situation and advise the client whether he is making a wise decision and how to go about obtaining the best terms and interest. Many of the financial institutions require small business to have financial statements prepared by a CPA and statements that they are indeed in business and have an income. I can provide this information and many times recommends institutions that may be more favorable to the client.
