Meet Joe Stark

Joe Stark’s accounting firm has been doing business on the northeast side of Indianapolis since April, 1985. Joe has structured his practice to individuals and small businesses in the Indianapolis community. He is the sole CPA in his firm and his clients deal directly with him not a lower staff employee. Joe is available year-round to attend to the needs of his clients with appointments available that meet the needs of his clients. It has been his good fortune to be involved with many good people in a wide variety of professions.

In the beginning the accounting firm prepared primarily tax returns for individuals and small businesses, financial statements for small businesses and other traditional accounting. With the approval of a State of Indiana regulatory change (July, 1994), Certified Public Accountants were allowed to recommend financial products and services such as investments and insurance. In October 1995, Joe earned his representative license with Genworth Financial of Schaumburg, Illinois: a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers. In his 25 years in business, many clients asked for assistance with their financial matters including requests for advice on how to lower taxes, accumulate money for their children’s college education and retirement. With his representative license, Joe has been able to service his clients in those areas for the last ten years. Combined with his knowledge of new tax laws Joe has been able to recommend new investment opportunities to his clients.

Joe is a good listener. He not only provides tax, financial and investment services, but he is concerned about his clients as people. He takes the time to discuss whatever is on the client’s mind and offers his own experiences and advice.
